The calm gentle powerful voice then said again before I could start thinking that maybe I had imagined it.

‘’Who are you?’’ I then said to the voice in my head not wanting the demon king to hear but to my astonishment, I guess I had underestimated the voice as everything froze including the demon king and his demons.

It was like time had stopped as even the leaves of the trees looked frozen. My eyes widened as I had never seen such power.

I am who I am. Humans know me as their Creator. Nothing is impossible with me.

My heart was now rapidly beating but for the right reason as I remembered all those things which I had been reading from that book, all those amazing miracles done by this Creator for his humans from separating red seas, walking on water to giving them victories in battles with their enemies.

‘’But why would you want to help me when I’m a creature of darkness of the underworld. And I have done lots of bad things like killing and I drink blood.’’
