Christopher quietly pried Talia's fingers off himself.

"This is important, and I want him to spill the beans soon," he said and beckoned to his men. "Keep both eyes on him. Make him rat out his friends no matter what you do."

"Your mother went to visit first thing in the morning," Luke said quietly.

Christopher nodded, dusting his shoulders as he turned to leave. "Let's go."

Thick-skinned as ever, Talia quickly followed. "Wait, Christopher! I want to see Nat too!"
