Chapter 55 - Retirement was wonderful!

Our daughter was born six months later on a beautiful sunny day. I would never admit it out loud, but I was relieved that Spenser was now the king and that he had taken over all the heavy lifting in our kingdom. His coronation was a huge success. The pack members who wanted to move were putting in their transfer requests and all around our kingdom there was a low rumble as people started to find their new futures.

Some wanted to move from the city to the quieter packs in the small villages, while some of the villagers were using this chance to try their luck in the city. Since everyone was not just a part of our pack, but also part of the smaller packs all over the country, it was a huge deal to move.

Spenser and I had to make sure that each little village had an alpha and beta to take care of their needs. We agreed, and I was relieved when my father believed it to be a great idea to name Ralph alpha of the old rogue kingdom. To say that Ralph was shocked was an understatement,
