Chapter 4

Simmi's POV

Just then I heard something which shocked me.

I heard a woman saying, " Oh Liam... Yes!!! Oh Yes... Liam!!!! I am loving it. " 

That means, he was not watching any movie as I thought. He was in  the room with someone and they were...

Oh God!!

I thought of opening the door when I heard a very loud moaning and the woman was screaming his name.

My knuckles whitened on the door knob and the fingers of my other hand were curled into  such a tight fist that my nails must have made half moons in my palm.

I was supposed to give him a surprise, but it was me who was surprised. No, I was shocked.

I waited outside his door and there was no doubt in my mind about what was going inside the room.

Betrayal rose in my chest and coiled around my heart and it threatened to slice through my heart.  

Releasing a soundless breath, I told myself to go in and catch  him red handed, but I had no wish to see him like that with another girl.

A sob escaped my mouth but I took another deep breath. I

I needed to see that to make my stupid heart understand that I didn't mean anything to him and I ruined my whole life and hurt my parents for such a worthless man

I had heard that every man had needs and being his wife, it was my duty to please him... I was  feeling guilty that he was living like a bachelor even though he was married.

It was stupid of me for thinking like that... I was dying out of guilt and here he was fulfilling his needs with other women.

I turned the knob hesitantly, it was open as if he was not even bothered about privacy.

Of course!! His stupid wife was not here according to him, who else would have objected to it?

I pushed the door slightly and was about to go in but I heard the giggles of the woman

" Oh, no Liam!! Wait... Don't start again. We have already had three rounds. I am tired and hungry. " The woman said.

" I am also hungry... For you, my love. I can't help it, you are driving me crazy. I love you with everything in me. "  He said.

I could not take it any more...

My vision got blurred  due to tears in my eyes.

I placed my hand over my mouth to keep from making a sound and closed the door. I could not go inside.

I closed the door and leaned against the wall nearest to me.  My ears were burning with what I heard.

He has been cheating on me?? I don't know why I asked such an obvious thing  to myself.

Of course, even a twelve year old  would have no doubt about it.

I was very sad and angry at the same time. I ran away from my home, my country and my old fashioned but very loving family for this man??

My parents would never forgive me for what I did, they must have disowned me by now. They had found a perfect match for me. Perfect, as in wealth, good looks,  education and family background. Mom said that his family was as influential as my family.

But I was so blinded by Liam's fake love that I left everything behind to come to the other side of the world.

I travelled around half of the earth to be with him??

I certainly ruined my life forever. What would I do now??

The tears were flowing from my eyes out of frustration and betrayal.

He has been saying till three days ago that he was missing me so badly that it was killing him. But he was trying to be alive, waiting patiently with just one hope  that one day very soon, we would be together. 

But these sounds were telling an entirely different story.

I am not going to spare him for cheating on me.

They were still arguing about having one more round of wild sex.

I was walking backwards, when my elbow hit something and it fell on the ground.

" Liam, did you hear the sound? " The woman said. 

" It must be a cat or something. Maybe, I forgot to shut the window. You stay in the bed, I will go and check. " I heard Liam say.

" No, I am hungry. You made me spent all my energy with your wild performance. I need to have some food. "  She said.

" Stay, where you are. We are not over yet. I will get something for you to eat, while I eat you, alive. " He said in a very seductive voice.

The same voice he used to tell me how much he was missing me and wanted to make love to me.

He messed up with me very badly. I am going to teach him a lesson.

I wiped my face.

Just then the door open and Liam came out of the room apart from a pair of skimpy under pants, he was naked.

He looked at me and I made a face as if I was astonished to see him. He was obviously very shocked to see me. 

" Liam!! I was supposed to surprise you, but you shocked me. I didn't expect to see you like this. " I said with my face red. It looked that I was blushing but the red colour was because I was very angry.

Though I wanted to wring his neck. But I felt an acute desire to embarrass him in front of his lover. She should also know that she was involved with a married man.

" Oh, my love, I missed you. " I ran to him and tried to put my arms around his neck. But he took a few steps back trying to avoid the hug from his lovely wife.

" S..Simmi? "  He was looking at me as if he had seen a ghost.

Good for him...

He closed his eyes and opened them again as if he could not believe that I was here standing right in front of him.

" Yes, love!! It's me... Your one and only wife. "  I said  with my cutest smile.

" What are you doing here like this?? "  He asked with annoyance.

" What you mean by that?? I told you I would come and join you one day, so here I am... I have left my family, my  home and country... Only for you." I said with a loving smile while in reality, I wanted to throw a powerful punch on his handsome face.

Handsome?? My foot!! Bloody cheap man.

" W..why didn't... you say anything... about coming here?"  He asked.

" Isn't it obvious?? I wanted to surprise you, silly... Oh, it's so good to see you. " I said and again I tried to go closer to him but he was shocked and moved back.

" Hey, what happened to you?? I had imagined, a hell lot of ways, as to how you would react to my surprise. But none of it was like this... I thought you would go crazy to see me here in front of you. And would not let me go out of your arms. But you are as shocked as if you have seen a ghost. Aren't you happy to see me?? " I asked him.

" What?? No! I am... But I am still shocked to see you here like this. I could not...even imagine you here like this. How did you manage on your own? "  He asked.

" I did, because I love you. My husband was living here like a monk, after all, and as your wife, it's my duty to take care of you. So I gathered all the courage and came to put end to all your miseries. "  I said.

You spoilt my life, I am going to make you pay for it.

" Great !! But you should have told me that you were coming. " He said sheepishly.

" No!! Where is the fun in that? See I wanted to surprise you but you shocked me instead. Now let's go to your bedroom, I am kind of getting very aroused to see you like this. " I said seductively and he turned pale.
