“What is the outcome of the call?” I questioned trying not to fix my gaze on her hips that were swaying sexually knowing we had a more serious situation at hand.

“They are leaving.” She answered, immediately I heard that, it was as if the world around me shattered and the only thing precious to me was snatched away, I had grown fond of the kids. Even Ares my beast had grown fond of them, and calls them his pups sometimes.

“Okay, where are they going to?? Are you sure the place is safer? Because I think they are safer at your side.” I tried convincing her, pleading internally to get her to think otherwise.

“They are going to stay with my godmother, she’s very good, they are safer there and I don’t want them to be used as bait for me or a leverage against me.” She explained.

“Well you’re right, but I was hoping they would not leave, but I have no choice. You’re their mother. When would they be leaving though.”I asked trying not to show the disappointment on my face, but I
