Chapter 47 - Part Two

Anguish overwhelms me, but I also feel a strong determination. Melek is alive, and I will get her back, no matter the cost. I have to hold back the urge to cry just from seeing her face. But I also feel hatred towards that man mocking us like a maniac.

"You have no scruples, Ahmet," I say with restrained fury. "But I warn you, this won't end the way you think. If you lay a hand on her, I will kill you. I will make you pay."

I continue staring at Ahmet, the burning rage and determination within me. "If anything happens to Melek, I assure you, you will pay for it. There will be no place where you can hide from my wrath," I warn him firmly.
