NICOLE'S RETURN

But the doctor who attended to me took it upon himself to check on me later.I told him everything that happened and he decided to seek the help of his foster parents.

They are based in country X.They agreed and promised to look after me and the pregnancy.So I got a Visa and travelled out without telling you.

They welcomed me and I even started a job there.I had a lot of savins and once a doctor friend came around and spent two weeks with me.

They looked after me until I gave birth to my boys.His mother took over as the nanny and babysitter of the boys while I worked to save money for my return.

But after three years,I decided the boys were grown a little bit and I needed to return home.I told my friend Lincoln I was plannig to return and he said he would tell me when he helped  me secure a job first.

Last week he called me and told me I have been offered an appointment as an executive designer in the Lyon Group and so here I am”Nicole explained briefly.

Rose’s eyes welled up.So much has passed under the bridge within the past four years.If Nicole had told her she was pregnant, she wouldn’t have allowed her to travel out of the country.

“You could have at least reached us since you left Nicole.I was wondering if we have in any way hurt you and we didn’t know.

But I know that your return will be the beginnig of a new life for you Nikkie.You and your sons are going to live your life to the fullest.

We’d like to meet your friend doctor Lincoln.Some good people cant help but bring happiness into their job and such people need to be appreciated”Rose’s moher chimed.

She’s happy that Nicole took the wisest decision of giving birth to her babies.Some girls would have takned the decision to abort the pregnancy but she didn’t.

She’s going to be great mother.And her kids would be the most important thing that has ever happened to her.

Nicole assured them she would check with Lincoln if h is free and invite him over.She then told them she would be buying a house tomorrow at Lincoln’s recommendation.

She will move out with her boys tomorrow and start her new job the day after tomorrow.She would like Rose to accompany her to see the house.

Rose agreed and said she would take an excuse from work and accompany her .She teased her by saying she just trusts Nicole  easily again.She doesn’t know maybe she would suddenly take the boys and disappear out of the house again.

They al laughed and Rose’s mother sai she doubted it.Nicole wasn’t going to behave so childish anymore.After some time,Rose’s mother left the two friends to catch up on old times.

The first question Nicol asked was her relationship with her boyfriend?Rose chuckled soflty and sighed.

She told her he was seeing someone else without her knowledge.One day he invited her over to lunch and broke the news of their breakup to her.

She said he was sorry for making her build her hope for them both getting married somedayto her.He was shot for breaking her trust and giving her false feelings of love.

“He told me he doesn’t love me anymore.He was already seeing someone else and realised he had to let go of me”Rose said with a time that indicated she was going to cry.

Nicole consoled her and said she would really meet the right guy.The bad one has to go so that the good one can find their way into her life.

She wants her to really talk in love between going to be joined with a man.She should learn from her own experience.

As for her,she was done wih men.She doesn’t need them anymore.Livig her life with her kids and finding happiness is what matters to her in this world.

As for falling in love,She doesn’t know if that word exists anymore in her dictionary.It was just a palpitation caused by hormones and was not that important to her since she already had her happiness in her children.

And this time,we’re goint to love her more than she can immagine.And her boys would have a taste of being love or of having a father is she can locate him.

The two friends then catch up on old times before saying goodnight to each other and going to their individual rooms.

That night,it took a while before Nicole could sleep.She was ruminating over her life four years ago.

Timothy and Amanda must be living happily now.Her sister felt it was convient to take away her man away without  the blink of an eye.

She and her ex husband don’t really have any feelings for each other.But it shouldn’t be her sister that he would go and be married to.

Jessica had poisoned Amanda’s mind against her.The sister she knew and grew up with loved her.No one would believe they were not from the same mother.

Her father had always treated them like twins.Whatever he brought for Nicole,Amanda was getting the very same thing.If he can’t get two, he would not buy it rather than not giving it to one person.

That way,they both grew up ,seeking the same thing for each other.But her fathr’s death made everythig take a different dimension.

Karma would catch up with Jessica for what she’s done to her and her sister.She would surely regret it someday.

While Nicole was thinking that Amanda and Timothy are happy,something else was troubling them:

Timothy was unhappy.They’ve been married for four years and he has not stopped giving her his body just to see her pregnant.But he can no longer continue and needed to rest for a while.

“Why have you been ignoring me?We need to be intimate more at this period when we need a child”Amanda coaxed her husband.

This shouldn’t be the time Timothy was enstrange from her especially now that she needed hm the most.

“Are you going to force me if I choose t ignore me?I want to sleep and I don’t like being disturbed”Timothy snapped at her.

If she keeps pestering him,he would leave the room and never return that night.What’s the use of wasting his manliness on a woman who has nothing to show for it.

Amanda said nothing again.She turned her back to him as well and left him alone.She had been trying to track her ovulation so that she and Timothy could make love,who knows ,if she might be lucky and conceive naturally,if she might be lucky and conceive naturally.

She had tried the IVF twice and both failed.She can’t imgine that Timothy was going to change completely after the failure of the last attempt.

She would have to call his mother’s attention to it.She needs to know what the rascal her son had turned into.He is not willing to give her a grandchild.

Next morning,Timothy had breakfast and was a little cheerful that morning.He gave Amanda a peck on her chin before leaving for work.

He seemed to be a different Timothy fom the one who yelled at her last night.She has never heard that aman runs away from sex with his wife especially when they want to make babies expect her dear husband Timothy.

She had made up her mind to go see Madam Penny Friday and report her son to her.If he doesn’t change, she would then take the matter to her own mother.

Her mother has been worried sick about why Amanda hasn’t been pregnant for the past four years.And when the second IVF failed she almost became sick about it.

Amanda got dressed up and took her car keys.She drove herself to her mother-in-law’s place and was glad she met her at home.

She was welcome and her mother-in-law asked her how she was doing.How’s my Timothy doing as well.Not like they don’t communicate on the phone but they rarely see each other so frequently.

Amanda said everything was fine except that she’s hhad sleepless nights because of Timothy’s behaviour recently.He doesn’t have sex with her anymore.

Penny squinted and asked Amanda what happened?She trusts that her son doesn’t have interest in ahving a mistress.So why is he not willing to get intimate with Amanda?

She looked forward to carrying her grandchild.But how is that going to be possible if he doesn’t get intimate with her?

What kind of son was Timothy becoming?

She assured Tiana she would have a word with her son and she should make herself ready for him that night.He would definitely be taking her.

Amanda smiled.As expected for her mother in law.She knows how to touch Timothy in theplace where he couldn’t resist her instructions.
