Mistakes

Audrey's pov

"When she's back, I'll call for Maria, with both of you present I'm sure we will get a clue."

He was right.

We didn't end up calling for Maria. Jenni had already heard me when I talked about poisoning and she was beyond restless, she insisted there was no need calling for Maria as it will give her enemies an advantage. I wondered who those enemies were but we all knew she was referring to me.

So I suggested we go to the kitchen right where the incident happened.

"I have no doubt you poisoned me." Jenni was saying while we all found our way to where we were going.

"Jenni-" Kendrick warned but she was having none of it.

"No, we ate together but only for me to get poisoned while she remains healthy, come on. You can tell something is fishy."

"Did you eat from the same plate?" Kendrick asked, he wasn't asking you know but to make a point known. He was defending me.

Jenni scoffed deciding not to answer the question. We had arrived and Kendrick drew a chair out for Jen
