"How could you request a thing like that?" I said, somehow his words had picked on my nerves, but I managed to keep my tone leveled as I spoke,

Just then I began to remember, I remembered the first time I heard about him and how I had craved for his presence in my life, how I desperately wanted him around but couldn't get to him, but as I dwelled on my thoughts, his words came bringing me back to the present,

"Why not son?" He questioned with cobmuch confidence ringing in his voice as he spoke, the expression on his face quizzical as he stared at me, just then I lost it, since I knew what was at stake,

"Just listen to yourself," I flared up, unable to contain my anger, which drew the attention of the few persons seated in the hall, feeling their gazes upon us, I tried to suppress my anger, so I leaned closer and continue with gritted teeth,

"How dare you just walk out from nowhere and demand a status in my life? Huh?" I demanded, the words came out of my mouth bearing th
