Ariane’s POV

"Sorry, I can't. Go now."

I felt disgusted having to be held by Leon even though he argued that he wanted to touch my stomach.

I saw Leon leaving me and then invited my lawyer to sit down together. "How is it, sir?"

"Well, everything has been approved in the trial earlier. Mr. Leon has also signed everything and he just agreed."

I looked at the files shown by my lawyer. All my demands were approved without any resistance from Leon. I will receive money from him every first of the month.

"Good. I agree with you. I think you have worked hard for me. I pay you a fair f*e."

I immediately transferred some money to my lawyer. "I have transferred it. Thank you for your help. If one day I have a problem, I will contact you."

"You're welcome, ma'am. I also thank you and I don't mind helping you again." He then left me and I ordered avocado juice. At least I could breathe fresh air because I hadn't left the apartment for a long time.

Maybe I will shop for kitchen necessities so I can cook without having to leave the apartment all the time.

I have ordered a taxi but no one wants to pick me up because of the busy activities. I had been waiting for a long time; a car stopped right in front of me. A man approached me.

"Where are you going? I will take you," said Leon. Apparently, he waited here and did not go home.

"No, I don't need your help." I have divorced him so I have to be with him.

"Just think of it as me taking my children. I won't do anything to you," said Leon. I glanced at him. I was a little doubtful of him.

"I can take public transportation."

I still refused his invitation. Although he might be sincere, I didn't want to melt towards him because he tried to show a better chance.

"Just once, Ariane. I promise not to force you again. Just think of this as a form of my apology. I also don't complain about everything you filed in court for everything you asked for. I grant everything."

Well, okay, just for once. "Okay. Take me to the supermarket. I want to buy some groceries.”

“Okay, I’ll take you. Thank you for trusting me.”

I went to the supermarket. Leon didn’t say anything either, I was too lazy to talk to him. I went to the supermarket there and bought everything I needed including groceries, soap, and everything. I pushed the shopping cart to the cashier.

“Let me pay,” Leon said.

I didn’t want to interrupt. Even if I didn’t want to, he would force me, so I just let him pay for all my groceries.

“Where are you going now? Do you want to eat together?” Leon gave me a choice.

“Well, I want to buy the bread I want.”

I went to the cake shop, and I only bought it for myself, this time he was the one who paid. I asked him to send me home immediately. I don’t need him anymore.

“Thank you. I hope this is the last time.”

“You’re welcome. I’m glad I could take you, Ariane. See you later.”

I put all my groceries into my apartment. Huh, I feel tired now. My legs are sore.

“Luna Ariane, you have to wake up!”

I heard someone waking me up. Who is it? I opened my eyes and it turned out that I was in a different place. I was now at the Black Moon Pack. “Regina?”

“Yes, Luna. It’s time for you to come back here. We really need you here. Yesterday Alpha Leon came here and found out for himself who really slandered you?”

Regina seemed very enthusiastic. I, who had just woken up, felt like my life had not fully returned. “What do you mean?”

“A few days ago Alpha Leon came here and found out something. He finally found out who slandered you.”

I frowned. “Who?”

“Your half-sister,” Regina answered.

I was stunned. I told you that she was the one who did this. So that’s why Leon’s attitude changed. But it was too late. I was already disappointed with him. Even if he apologized to the point of bleeding blue and red, I didn’t care. I just let go of everything that had been my burden all this time.

“Well, I already expected this, Regina. Thank you.”

Regina also told me that she had also heard that Leon took one of the young wolves for her to make as his assistant. Well, I didn’t care either. It wouldn’t affect me either.

Regina came with me to go around. Just like in the city, here it is not much different, only here there are no complete facilities like in the city so the werewolves have to go to the city.

"Oh, Alpha Leon asked for a new building yesterday but I don't know what its function is," Regina explained.

I just nodded my head. I walked again but my gaze was still fixed on the new building. Like a house but not too big. Well, the house I live in here is the same as Leon. Does he want to make a house for himself?
