Chapter 4

“You guys are going to Silvermoon and you didn't tell me?” I questioned Lukas

“I know it must be hard for you after what happened over there, that's why I don't want you coming,” he said to me 

“No way, I want to go back, it's been two years since I left Silvermoon and I haven't seen or heard from my parents and I want to show that son of a bitch William that I'm not the weak Amelia he once knew” explaining to Lukas, 

I know it will be weird for me to go back, but I have to face my fears and show everyone who I have become and I kinda miss my parents 

“You have to let me go Lukas” I instructed with a straight face 

“Woah, calm down miss, alright you can come, but promise not to make a scene,” he said raising one of his eyebrows

“I can't promise you that” I muttered turning my face to the right

“she’s probably going to be kissing William when we get there” Alex sarcastically said which got everyone laughing to which I pinned him to the ground and told him to beg for forgiveness 

“Alright that's enough, myself, Henry, and Ami will be going to Silvermoon then, leaving Alex in charge of the pack while we are gone,” Lukas said 

“Prepare your bags, we will leave first thing in the morning” he instructed 

“You better not make a mess while we are gone asshole,” I said to Alex before releasing my hold on him and leaving the office.

It was morning as we made our way to Silvermoon, we loaded our car with our luggage and some snacks before we left, Lukas driving us.

On our way, Lukas asked me “Are you sure you're ready to go back to Silvermoon?”

I shrugged “I guess so” Sitting in the back seat behind Lukas looking out the window, Henry sat in front beside Lukas.

We drove for over an hour before getting to Silvermoon, on getting there, not a lot had changed since I left judging from the view before we got to the pack headquarters.

When we got there, we were welcomed by some guards who took our bags, before we were led to meet the alpha 

We entered the palace and made our way to his office when we reached the guard bowed and pointed to the door before leaving 

Lukas who led the way knocked before opening the door to enter, as he made his way in followed by Henry, I heard a voice welcoming Lukas that sounded overly familiar before I entered 

When I did, standing next to Henry and Lukas I saw William, and his two best friends Kabir and Antoine then I was surprised to see Isabella who sat next to William, they all had surprised looks on their faces when they saw me

“Amelia?” William said with surprise

“What the fuck are you doing here?” he pouted

Before I could respond Lukas said “She's with us”

“How the hell is she supposed to help us with our rogue problem, she too weak and pathetic, I want her gone immediately,” he said with a groan

This time before Lukas would step in to defend me, I walked over to William and demanded that he take back what he just said about me

“What? Are you going to cry?” He said making Antoine and Kabir laugh 

I smirked before grabbing his neck and pinning him against the wall, I raised my hands so his feet wouldn't touch the ground 

“Take that back” I demanded while he was gasping for air 

“Alright, alright” he muttered trying to catch his breath 

“I can't hear you William, louder this time so your friends can hear you” 

“Alright I'm sorry!” he said, making Lukas and Henry who couldn't help but laugh and Antoine and Kabir stunned 

“This should serve as an example to anyone who dares disrespect me” I stated gesturing to Antoine and Kabir.

“You think I'm still the weak Amelia you knew? she's gone after you rejected me I left Silvermoon and luckily I was found by Lukas and Henry here who took care of me and trained me, now I'm the lead warrior in one of the strongest packs in the world” I carefully explained to them

“Okay since we've properly introduced ourselves, this is my lead warrior Amelia, who will be assisting me in spare heading our activities here along with my beta Henry” Lukas said with a smile on his face,

I could tell he was impressed with how I handled things with how he spoke, William let out a huge sigh while arranging his clothes that I squeezed while I pinned him

“You are all welcomed to Silvermoon, and thanks for accepting to help us, this is my Luna, Isabella, then my gamma and beta, Kabir and Antoine” he pointed towards them

I felt betrayed to hear that my best friend Isabella would accept William after what he did to me, but I couldn't let anyone see any weakness in me as I wasn't bothered.

“Alright let's get to business, so how many men do you have at the pack boarders?” I asked William 

“Uhh eight,” he said before I burst into laughter 

“Seriously? And you wonder why you keep getting attacked by rogues” I said 

“Well first we'd have to triple the number of men guarding the borders then we will work on training your men and calling for reinforcement if needed,” I said to them

“That would be all for now then,” Lukas said before we left for our rooms

The next morning, we had reinforced the pack boarders with extra security, and took their warriors on a training session, the whole time William made gestures trying to get my attention, but I completely ignored him.

Not long after our training session, I went to take my bath to wash off all the dirt and sweat from my body before I got an alert that the same rogues were attacking,

I guess they preyed on Silvermoon knowing they were weak, seems William isn't doing a good job protecting the pack like his father did.

But this time we were well prepared for an attack with reinforced defense at the borders, we also called some of our well-trained warriors

Myself, Lukas, and Henry fought as well and we defeated the rogues, using my wolf during the fight which surprised everyone at Silvermoon, William especially 

After we defeated the rogues, something very strange happened, a black mist appeared out of nowhere.
