Chapter sixty five

Alpha Leonardo’s POV...

It felt strange; it was like I wasn’t alone in this forest, or rather, jungle, but I wasn’t sure of it. I didn’t want to start calling attention to myself when I wasn’t very sure of what was happening at that moment. I took a deep inhale as I clenched my fists.

Even if I was sure someone was following me, I couldn’t call their attention to it so that they would know I knew they were following me because that would just be ridiculous, and for all I knew, she was here in the forest.

It could be that she was being held bound somewhere around here, and if I were to come out at any moment to find them, they could take her somewhere else. She was in danger; I knew she was, and that was all the more reason I knew I needed to act fast. To save her, at least.
