Sweat trickled down Diana’s cracked lips. Instinctively, she licked the meager drop of liquid to quench the clawing thirst. Her thick jacket had long been discarded along with all the extra cotton cloth that was attached to her. What was left around her body was enough to wrap her up from the blazing sun until her eyes were the only visible part of her body.

Diana’s artistry for clothing design was put to the test when she did her best to minimize the possibility of heatstroke. She wondered how many hours she was here in this desert, but she was pretty sure that the sun was supposed to be showing a sign that it was about to set—yet not a bit of change happened!

Diana badly wanted to use a spell to summon water like Tuviga, but she did not want to waste her power anymore! She needed to leave here!
