As if I have experienced this before, but not recently. It's like a part of my mind knows the answer but it's not willing to reveal it. Yet.

I call Joshua through the link and seconds later, he strides inside the office.

“You called?”

“What’s the meaning of this?” I wave the letter in front of his face. “How did I get inside my office?” I growl.

His eyes dip towards the letter. He takes it from me and unfolds the crumpled sheet. The confusion on his face is evident as he goes through the end.

“I don’t know, man. The mail security team did not report me on any letters that the packhouse received today.”

“What about the CCTV cameras? Did you check them? Did anyone enter my office without my permission?” I ask.

He looks at me. “That’s not possible. Only you and I have access to the office. The rest can only enter when either of us allows it.”
