Eighty six

..Once we got home. I walked to the parlor and sat down.

Lily came to me.

"Do you want to talk about it?" She asked me.

Then she sat down beside me.

"I pretty much didn't expect to see him." I stated simply.

She smiled at me. "I know. I get that."

I sighed and just stared into a blank space for a while. "Seeing him was just off."

"But he didn't hurt you did he?" She asked.

"He did. He tried to at least." I replied.

"Did he succeed?" She asked me.

I gave a weak smile. "You could say he did"

Then I looked.

"Seeing him just stirred a lot of emotions in him. Made me confused. Made me lost. I thought maybe I had gotten over him, but just seeing him now. I don't know." I said as I covered my face.

I felt Lily's gentle hand on my shoulder.

"There is nothing to be confused about. I feel so terrible that you were there all alone." She told me. "What is so crazy is that all the time I've been here, I never saw Liam. Neither did I expect to find him here. I should h
