Eighty four

..Lily drove us to her department store.

“I’m so sorry I am late." Lily apologized to a man with a very bored and uninterested expression.

He just looked at us. "Again Lily?"

"Come on Carl. You know how Traffic is." Lily lied.

"Oh really?" Carl asked her with a brow up. "I thought it was a faulty car last time. Then this time it's traffic."

"I'm so sorry Carl, it's never going to happen again. I promise." Lily said. Then she pulled me to her side. "Before I forget, this is Ash, my best friend. She is going to be helping me tonight at the store. That's cool right?"

"I don't care. My shift is over so you can pretty much do whatever you want to." Carl said totally ignoring me and walking away.

"Ouch?" I said when Carl let.

"Oh just forget him." Lily waved him off.

We took over the store and waited for customers to come in and leave, mean while, he stood talking about anything and everything.

"When I am a millionaire, I am go back to town. I want to step on their heads."
