Lita's Pov

Dad voice echoed in the walls of the room when he yelled at me. He doesn't yells at me but now he did all because of that slave.

This is surely not right.

"Shouldn't you show concern for the slave? You should apologize for what you did."

Because of that slave? I will make sure to punish her for this. I bowed my head. "I apologize mother. Next time, I will be careful with what I say and do. I will also learn how to respect everyone. Be it a slave." I said, still with my head bowed.

"You shouldn't apologize to me. You insulted her and so you should apologize to her and not me." Matilda said.

I raised my head as I looked at her in shock. The girl is unconscious. Why should I apologize to her when she didn't hear me? This is not fair. I have apologize to the one I offended already.

"But mother......" I wanted to protest but was stopped by my father.

"You should do as she say. Apologize to the girl when she wakes up. That is the right thing to do."
