3| How did we got mated to one girl?

Aurora went to the Omega's quarter. Tears had made a permanent home in her eyes as they continued to stream down her cheeks. 

She doesn't know what sin she did that her mates are refusing to accept her as their mate. They hate her because she is an Omega but it is not in her hand. She didn't choose to be born as an Omega. She never thought she would get mated to someone who is going to be an Alpha, let alone to have three mates.

She wants a simple life but looks like she is getting punished by the moon goddess. Even after all these, she was hoping for her mates to accept her. She wanted nothing more than to be with her mates. Her wolf was yearning to be with them, to be in their presence. 

She went to her room. It was a small room with a small bed and some other useful requirements. She placed snow on her bed who jumped in excitement. The bed has worn out since it is the only bed which she has been using from the time her parents were alive. All the things which she has are of her parents. 

A small knock on the door caught her attention. 

"Aurora, can I come inside?" Rain, her friend, asked. 

Aurora immediately rubbed her eyes and cheeks to remove the proof at that she was crying. She doesn't wants anyone to know what happened in the garden, not after they warned her to not disclose about it to anyone. 

"You can come inside Rain." She replied with a small smile on her face but the only difference was that this time her smile didn't reach her eyes. 

"Aurora, where were you? I was looking for you everywhere." Rain said as she entered inside. 

"I was in the garden." Aurora replied. Snow jumped in her lap and she patted his head. 

"Oh my! Who is this little guest?" Rain asked with a smile on her face. 

"He is snow. I found him in the garden."

Rain tried to touch snow but snow got scared and hide behind Aurora. 

"He was attacked by someone before I found him. He gets scared of others easily." Aurora told Rain who nodded. 

"The Knight brothers have already arrived. A grand dinner is going to take place and we need to be there to serve everyone. You need to change into servant's uniform." Rain informed. She was an omega too and was already in her uniform. 

"I will get ready quickly." Aurora said. 

"I will wait for you." Rain said. Aurora stood up and took her servant's uniform. She looked at Rain who was trying to play with Snow. 

She went inside the washroom and closed her door. She looked at the mirror and noticed that her eyes were swollen and red. A handmark was there on her face and she winced. She traced her cheek with her fingers and tears formed in her eyes again. 

She never imagined that one day her mate would slap her. 

She wiped her tears and splashed some water on her face. She will need to hide the mark too.. 

A thought entered in her mind and her eyes widened. Her swollen eyes and the handprint on her cheek is clearly visible. Then why didn't Rain asked her about it. 

She changed into her dress and came out. She saw Rain trying to get snow familiar with her. 

"Rain" She called her. 

"Yes?"

"Why didn't you ask me about the handmark on my face?" She asked her. 

Rain just shrugged in reply. "If you wanted to tell me about it than you would have. If you didn't tell me about it means that it's something which you don't want to share and I respect your boundaries." She replied. 

Aurora and she have been friends from childhood and are more like a sister to each other. 

"Besides, I will always be there for you. You can share what's going on with you when you are ready and most importantly when you want to. You know I will never judge you." Rain smiled. 

"I feel blessed to have you in my life." Aurora said, getting emotional. The only person whom she can call hers is Rain. 

"Come on, Aurora! Are you trying to make me cry by saying all these emotional things? You know I can't stop crying once I start." Rain jokes to lighten the mood and even Aurora smiled hearing her. 

"Let's go. We need to be present there or else we will be punished." Rain said and Aurora nodded. 

She went towards snow. "I will be right back. Stay here until I return." She kissed his fur and went out of the room, making sure to lock her room so that no one gets inside her room and attacks Snow.

The Knights were in their room. They were in deep thoughts. They never thought they would find their mate. 

"I can't believe a fucking Omega is our mate." Xavier punched the wall in anger. 

"I am a fucking leader and moon goddess gave me a pathetic weak mate." He shouted. 

"We have Alpha genes in our blood. There has to be a mistake. High rankers like us don't get mated with fucking Omega's." Aiden said as his eyes turned darker. 

"Calm down you two. Aurora is our mate and we can't deny it." Dominic said this time. 

"So you are saying that we should accept her as our mate?" Xavier asked as if he said something disgusting. He won't accept an omega. 

"No, we don't. A fucking Omega can never became the luna of our pack. They are born to be slaves and they shall be treated as one." Dominic said, the hatred for Omega's he had clear in his tone. 

"Then what should we do?" 

A smirk appeared on Dominic's lips. 

"We don't have to do anything. Ignore her presence, pretend that she is no one to us and if she causes a scene then- '' Dominic 's eyes turned darker as a dangerous glint appeared in them. "-we will kill her with our own hands." He finished. 

Xavier and Aiden smirked hearing him. 

"But how the fuck did we all got mated to one girl?" Aiden questioned. 

It's for the first time he is seeing that one girl is mated to three people. It has never happened before. 

"It's a mystery. Maybe the moon goddess indeed made some mistake." Xavier said. "It shouldn't matter to us anyways. We have nothing to do with her and her thoughts shouldn't bother us." 

But even then, they couldn't stop thinking about it. Being mated to more than one person hasn't happened before and there's a strong reason behind it. 

If only they knew that the reason behind it was indeed strong and that it will change their life completely.

Aurora stood in a corner with Rain. The Alpha and Luna were already at the table waiting for the Knights to come. The beta, his mate Alison, the gamma and his mate along with their daughter were present too. Some other Alphas of other packs with their mates were invited too. 

Soft music was played in the background and everyone was waiting for the Knight brothers to grace them with their presence. Soon, everyone felt powerful aura's near them and it was an indication that the Knight brothers were coming. 

Aurora lowered her eyes sensing their presence near. She doesn't have the guts to look at them. 

The Knight brothers entered the room and sat on their chairs. Their faces were emotionless and no one could have guessed that they met their mate some time ago. 

Aiden saw Aurora's eyes casted down. He clenched his fist in annoyance. He wanted her to look at them. 

Xavier looked at Aurora and saw her looking down at the ground. He gritted his teeth in anger. Why the fuck was she not looking at them? 

Dominic stared at Aurora with blank eyes. He didn't like that she was not giving them attention. It made him angry and he clenched his jaw tightly to control his anger. 

Aurora could feel their eyes on her and she shivered internally. No matter what, they are her mates and she can't help but get affected by them. 

The Alpha said a few words for the victory of the Knight brothers against the vampires. The proudness which he was feeling for his sons could be seen with the way his eyes shine. 

The formalities were done and Omega's were asked to serve the dinner. Aurora along with others stepped forward to help. 

She was sensing their eyes on her but didn't said anything nor did she react. Their warnings are still clear to her. 

You mean nothing to us. 

Your existence doesn't matter to us. 

You think an omega like you can be our mate? 

You are no mate of ours. 

Their words were ringing in her ears and her chest tightened painfully. She gulped the lump which formed in her throat and served the guest. 

The Knights were getting angry with each passing second. Their wolves were getting angry that their mate was serving someone else. Their human side didn't cared about her but their wolves do because of which they are feeling this stupid and meaningless emotions. 

"Sons, we have decided something important. It's about your mates and the future Lunas of the Kingdom." The Alpha started. 

Aurora's heartbeat stopped for a moment.
