I woke with a start and heard nothing not even the central air was running. The house was way to quiet and I went on high alert. Fuck my vampire fumed.

"Damon, I whispered yell, dude do you hear that?",he sat up.

"hear what? I hear nothing ",he looks and listens.

"fuck someone is in the house Damon",I get up and pull on my sweats.
