Chapter 36: You lied to me, why did you lie to me?

"No big deal." Demi Moore smiled gently, seeming like nothing was happening. But Ace still felt like she was lying to him, although he didn't know why he had such thoughts. The more she acted this way, the more suspicious he became.

A gust of wind blew through the window, causing Demi Moore to flinch slightly. Water droplets from her hair slowly trickled down her cheek. Ace noticed and hurriedly closed the window as heavy rain began outside.
