Chapter Ninety-Two

-Aria-

I opened my eyes slowly. They felt heavy and I closed them back again. The fresh scent of hot tea hit my nose and I opened my eyes again. I looked around, trying to think of where I was. The surroundings looked familiar but this was not my room. How did I even get in here in the first place? Why am I not in my room? I tried to recollect the events of the previous events and I winced from the sharp pain I felt in my head.

I heard a door creak and, the owner of the room I was in, walked in. I sat up on the bed as he approached me.

“I bet you slept well but did not wake up well,” he said with a grin while I tried to remember how I had ended up in his room and on his bed. But my brain was busy accessing the handsome face of the man who stood before me instead of doing the normal task of thinking.

I would have hit my head in a bit to get my brain to think well, but it was banging heavily and I had to rest it back on the pillow.
