Chapter 464 Can't Help It

Sophia chuckled in exasperation, "Mind your business! My husband likes me just the way I am."

Avery glanced at Charlene, who had indeed stopped crying.

Sophia found a chair and sat down. "How do you feel about being in the hospital these past few days?"

Charlene replied, "I never want to come back again."

"It's good that you have that memory." Sophia paused and then asked, "You're getting discharged the day after tomorrow?"

"Huh? How did you know?"

Sophia said mysteriously, "I just had a hunch."

She then looked at Avery. "Has the accident been resolved?"

Avery nodded, "Yeah, the police determined the driver was drunk. He apologized and seemed genuinely remorseful. They've taken action."

Sophia's expression turned serious. "Did you investigate personally?"

Avery replied, "I checked the surveillance footage, too. I didn't see any issues."

Sophia pursed her lips, not saying anything further. After all, she didn't have any evidence either.

She stayed for a moment, then prepared
