Chapter 13

Olivia's POV

As the final notes of the dance music echoed through the banquet hall, the crowd gradually melted away, leaving the place a mess with scattered cups and plates as well as murmurs.

Zander walked up to me, whispering, "Have you signed the papers?"

"Not yet," I admitted frankly. "But I will leave the Dawn Pack and head to San Francisco with you."

"Leaving the Dawn Pack does not mean you have to wander like a rogue. The Blackthorn Pack is spacious where you can live comfortably," Zander offered, and his brows slightly furrowed.

When I looked at him, warmth welled up inside me. "Alpha Zander, I appreciate your kindness. But I won't end up being on the streets. I have my own plan and place to go."

Zander did not insist. Instead, he took a step back and smiled, "I got it. My car will depart early tomorrow morning. Let's meet at the hotel entrance and set off."

"I will be there on time," I said.

"After you leave the Dawn Pack, we will discuss how to get rid of Marsh and get back
