Charles Wakeham. That was the Alpha King’s name. He looked young for a fifty five year old he-wolf. When the wedding was shortly paused by the Alpha King, thanks to Cindy and her mom ruining everything for me and Evander, the Alpha King asked my mate and some of us to have a short talk. I didn’t know what he meant about the ‘talk’ but Sheiyan whispered to me that Alpha Charlie wanted to make a private announcement to everyone of us.

“Is it okay that we leave all those people in the wedding hall?” I asked Sheiyan with anxious face. She was still upset about what Cindy did and if only killing was not a huge crime, Sheiyan had already ripped Cindy and her mother’s throat.

“They have to wait in Alpha King’s request, Holly. Don’t worry. Evander knows what he is doing. He already have an idea why the King wanted to talk with us privately.” She held my hand and squeezed it tight as she gave me a reassuring look, “Everything will be alright, sis.” she smiled.
