A FEW YEARS AGO…

Giselle’s POV

My heart felt empty as I stumbled aimlessly through the dense, unfamiliar forest. Dried tears streaked my reddened, swollen face as my tears finally dried up from my endless crying. Still, my feet carried me forward, not knowing where it was taking me as my heart continued to ache in despair.

I sniffed as I clutched my broken heart as I limped weakly across the forest, my eyes empty like a madman.

I was just exiled from my own Pack, and I have nowhere to go.

Alpha William, Killian’s father, gave a cruel decree to remove me as a member of the Silvermoon Pack.

I am now a werewolf without a Pack to call home, turning me into a rogue.

I’ve never done anything wrong or broken any rules of our Pack. My only fault was to fall in love with his son during the time when he still hadn’t even met his mate yet.

Killian and I are high school sweethearts. We were so deeply in love that we were convinced we would turn out as mates in the future.

I mean as a woman, it’s not wrong to raise our standards especially if we could reach for that standard. However, we should also make sure that we are not stepping down on others just to reach our goals.

PRESENT TIMEAt the Silvermoon Pack’s Drawing RoomGiselle’s POV“Mistakes happen,” Damien responded nonchalantly after I lied about forgetting to send the invitation.“It’s okay if you forgot to send me an invitation. It doesn’t mean I’m not invited to your wedding, Am I right?” Damien asked shamelessly, knowing too well that I didn’t want him to be there at my wedding or anywhere near me at all. Killian smiled and nodded at Damien’s words. “Of course! You wouldn’t need an invitation to come to our wedding at all. You can also bring anyone you want to our wedding. This offer is going to be available only for you,” Killian replied amicably. Damien sighed. “I don’t think I could bring anyone with me on that day.”“Oh really!” I spoke up as I took my seat beside Killian. “What about Luna Vanessa? She had always liked parties. I’m sure she’s going to agree to come with you if you ask her.”Vanessa is Damien’s true mate and his current wife. She is the woman that Damien chose to replace

A FEW YEARS AGO…. At the Crimsonbane PackGiselle’s POVIt was by accident when I found out that Damien was secretly the Alpha of the Crimsonbane Pack. At that time, I was working as an omega at the Crimsonbane Pack’s Packhouse. As a newly adopted member, I needed to start low in the ranks. I was demoted to the lowest position. I had to clean around the Packhouse and do menial work as the Packhouse’s Omega. When I was living at the Silvermoon Pack, I was never treated as a servant. We are way higher than omegas and even above the average werewolves. You could say we are the Pack’s nobles without official titles. Since I was born into the Silvermoon Pack, I had my own privileges. However, I lost all of that when I was exiled and turned into a rogue. I could only say that I’m still lucky that I didn’t stay as a rogue for a long time. It would be much better to become a Packhouse’s omega than to be a lone rogue without any friends and without a pack that can provide for me. A

PRESENT TIME At the Silvermoon’s Pack….Giselle’s POVI sped off, keeping my distance from Damien as soon as we were out of anyone’s sight. With Killian’s request, I took Damien out to help him familiarize himself with the packhouse. I picked the Packhouse’s gardens first to escape the watchful eyes and prying ears of the people. I crossed my arms tightly against my chest, my fingers digging under the sleeves of my sweater. A huff of frustration escaped my lips as my eyes narrowed into an irritated glare. I turned on my heel and faced Damien without bothering to mask my real annoyance anymore. “What are you doing here?” I questioned him with an annoyed tone of voice. “You left us without saying anything. What do you expect I would feel when I found out you are pregnant and engaged with another Alpha?” Damien shot back. I scoffed at his words. “Why do you care? My life is not your business anymore ever since you broke your promises and chose someone over me!” I clenched m

Giselle’s POVDamien looked at me in disbelief as if I had just done a heinous crime he never thought I was capable of doing. There are a lot of things he doesn’t know about me, and a lot of things have changed ever since left me. He has no right to look at me with judgment in his eyes when he is the reason why I’m in a desperate situation right now. Damien shook his head like he wasn’t able to stomach my lies anymore. “I’m going to tell Killian about this, whether you like it or not. Killian deserves to know the truth. It’s up to him if he still wants to marry you after that or not.” Damien walked forward with a determined look in his eyes, but I rushed forward and grabbed his arm to hold him. “Please, Damien don’t tell him. Don’t do this to me, please,” my voice croaked as I begged him in a whisper. I tightened my hold around his arm, my fingers digging under his sleeves. Everything would be over once Killian and his mother found out the truth. The only reason why Killian i

Damien’s POVWhat the hell?! “Giselle! Giselle!” Victoria and Killian shouted her name with worry etched on their faces as they rushed to her side. Giselle cried out uncontrollably because of the pain that she had caused to herself. I sat beside her with my eyes wide, staring at her in disbelief. I was frozen in fear when I saw how she punched herself in the belly, causing all this pain unto herself. Giselle has been sitting beside me all this time, so Killian and Victoria didn’t notice how she punched her belly underneath the table with full force. I was pushed to the side as Killian pulled Giselle out of her seat to see what was happening to her. I couldn’t speak. I don’t even know if I should tell Killian that Giselle just tried to abort her own child. “K-Killian! T-the baby, m-my grandson!” Victoria shouted in fear when she saw the puddle of blood beneath Giselle’s chair. Giselle had lost a huge amount of blood already, but her leg was still bleeding. Giselle’s POVI lay weakly on the hospital bed after the Pack Doctor managed to save my baby and keep it from dying. All the pain has finally left my body. My baby and I are back to our normal health again. I just needed to rest until my body recovered on its own to avoid another incident like this in the future. After giving everyone a scare, the Pack Doctor worked fast and diligently to save my baby, the future Alpha of this Pack. The Pack Doctor was in full concentration as he worked, knowing that he would lose his head if he failed to save my child. A profound sense of relief washed over him after he managed to keep my baby safe and alive with his successful emergency procedure. After my body and the baby’s health had stabilized, the Pack Doctor finally allowed me to have me moved to a hospital room for a complete bed rest. I blinked my eyes as I stared directly at the blank ceiling above me. The whole room is in silence since the Pack Doctor prohibits anyone from e

Giselle’s POVThe Pack Doctor’s brows furrowed as he fixed his gaze upon me. His lips parted slightly as if the words he wished to convey had become momentarily lodged in their throat. I knew what he was thinking. That look of judgment in his eyes is all too familiar to me. Yet, he didn’t say anything. He knew that one word out of his mouth, then I might just well kill him now to hide my dark secret. So, with hesitation in his eyes and a heavy weight in his heart, he slowly lowered his head before me in surrender. “Y-Yes, Luna,” he stammered as he forced out his words. Hearing the tremble in his voice, I was not fully convinced that he would be trusted with my secret. However, I had no choice; he is a Doctor, and even if I kill him, someone is going to replace him and find out about the real gender of my child. I need a Doctor that I could trust and work for me to hide the identity of my child. I need to gain his trust and make sure he won’t betray me. “Good,” I

Giselle’s POVEverybody had just left after the Pack Doctor pushed everyone away so I could have my full rest. Once everyone was gone, silence filled the room once again, and my deafening thoughts started to get the best of me again. A bitter laugh escaped my lips as I stared at my pregnant belly. “You are punishing me for harming you,” I muttered bitterly as I drew my hand in circles on top of my belly. I tried to harm her, and right afterward, she gave me this surprise. I flinched when someone just barged into my room and flew my door open. I pushed myself up to a sitting position as I waited to see who that was. My body tensed up when I saw Damien appear in the corner of my room. “Damien?” My brows furrowed when I saw him appear at the corner of my room. “What are you doing here?” I questioned him as I scooted far from him. “We need to talk,” Damien answered tersely as he locked the door behind him and made his way towards me. “This is dangerous!” I hissed at him. “Do

Nova’s POVThe room was silent, save for the crackle of the fire burning low in the hearth. I sat at the head of the long table, staring at the assortment of documents scattered before me. Each piece felt like a fragment of a puzzle too shattered to put back together.Drystan stood at the far end of the room, arms crossed, his expression grim. His wolf had been on edge since our return from the Emberwood ruins. So had mine.“They planned it,” I murmured, breaking the silence. “Liora’s death wasn’t just a rogue attack. They lured her there, Drystan. And someone helped them.”Drystan’s jaw tightened, his golden eyes glowing faintly in the dim light. “We’ve suspected as much. But we need proof—something that ties this to someone in the Pack. Without it, we have nothing.”I picked up the silver locket we’d found at the ruins, my fingers brushing over its worn surface. Liora had carried it with her everywhere. Finding it there felt like she’d left it as a breadcrumb, a plea for the tru

Astrid’s POVI stared at Rowena, my heart pounding in disbelief. My wolf stirred uneasily within me, sensing my anger, my sadness, my… disgust. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing.“You have no remorse,” I said, my voice trembling, a mix of anger and sorrow. “After everything that happened. After the pain you caused to Drystan and Nova. After taking someone’s mate, someone’s sister, you stand here and act as if it was just… business. Just a means to an end.”Rowena’s cold, detached gaze met mine. “It wasn’t personal, Astrid. It was survival. You have to understand—when you’re protecting what’s yours, you’ll do whatever it takes. Drystan would have taken everything from us.”I took a step forward, my fists clenched, my wolf growling within me. “Do you even hear yourself? You didn’t just take everything from Drystan; you destroyed him. You tore apart a bond stronger than anything in this world. Do you know what it feels like to lose your mate? To live every single day with half of

  • Reclaiming My Broken Luna   Chapter 369: Interrogation

Astrid’s POVThe Silvermoon Packhouse was unusually quiet as we arrived, the afternoon sun casting long shadows across the grounds. My wolf stirred uneasily within me, sensing the tension in both Killian and myself. nWe hadn’t spoken much on the way back, but the weight of what we’d uncovered hung heavy between us.As we approached the front steps, the sound of laughter broke through the silence. I turned toward the sound and saw Rowena in the courtyard, her face uncharacteristically soft as she knelt in the grass, playing with Ryker and Elara.“Mama! Papa!” Elara’s bright voice rang out as she spotted us.Ryker followed close behind her, his grin wide as he sprinted toward Killian. “You’re back!”I knelt just in time to catch Elara as she threw herself into my arms, her small hands clutching at me as if I’d been gone for days. “I missed you, Mama!”I smiled, seeing her melted all my worries away. Although I wasn’t gone that long it felt like I haven’t seen her in ages upon seeing

  • Reclaiming My Broken Luna   Chapter 368: What then?

Astrid’s POVThe clearing was unnervingly quiet. The parchment in Killian’s hands seemed heavier than it had any right to be, the words scrawled across its surface burning into my mind like a brand. Elimination Plan. Pack informant. No survivors. It seems that there is something more behind Liora’s death. It was planned, she was targetted. Her death wasn’t a simple accident. And worse, someone from Silvermoon had helped them.I felt the weight of Killian’s silence beside me, and my stomach twisted. I’m sure he is already suspecting his mother. Aside from Rowena, who else could have made a deal with the rogues? If it was Rowena, it would make sense why she made a deal with us in exchange of escaping punishment.I reached for Killian’s hand and squeezed it in comfort. Killian looked at me and I stared back at him with understanding. There’s no evidence yet. All we know is that someone from the Silvermoon Pack had something to do with Liora’s death. We aren’t sure yet if it was Rowen

  • Reclaiming My Broken Luna   Chapter 367: The Trap

Astrid’s POVThe forest around the Emberwood ruins was a tangle of shadows and silence. Every crunch of leaves beneath our boots and rustle of branches above felt amplified in the eerie stillness. My wolf stirred uneasily within me, its senses sharp as if anticipating an ambush.Killian walked at my side, his posture rigid with tension. Drystan and Nova followed close behind, their weapons at the ready, and a small group of warriors flanked us. We’d planned this mission carefully, but the weight of the Forsaken Amulet and the shadow of the Rogue King made every step feel like a gamble. As we approached the ruins, the crumbling stone walls loomed into view, covered in moss and vines. A cold wind blew through the trees, carrying a faint metallic tang that made my stomach churn.“It’s too quiet,” Killian muttered, his eyes scanning the treeline. “I don’t like it.”Drystan nodded grimly. “If the Rogue King knows we’re here, he’s waiting.”“We don’t have a choice,” I said, gripping my

  • Reclaiming My Broken Luna   Chapter 366: Coordination

Nova’s POVThe hum of the car engine vibrated through my chest, a soothing constant as the trees blurred past the windows. It had been far too long since our last visit to the Silvermoon Packhouse, but life at Shadowfang had left no room for reunions. Rogue attacks near our borders kept us tethered to home, juggling defenses and strategies.Today was different. Today, we were finally going back.I sighed, my gaze drifting to Leira. She was practically bouncing in her seat, her excitement bubbling over. Too young to understand the weight of what brought us here, she only saw this as a long-awaited visit to her best friend.“Are we there yet, Mama?” she asked, her face pressed against the window, her voice brimming with hope.“Almost,” I replied, my lips curving into a smile. Her energy was infectious, a bright spot in the constant tension. She turned to Drystan, her wide eyes sparkling. “Do you think Elara will be happy to see me?”Drystan, his hands steady on the wheel, glanced at her

  • Reclaiming My Broken Luna   Chapter 365: Relics

Astrid’s POVRowena’s quarters sat on the outskirts of Silvermoon territory, a place that felt as removed from the Pack’s core as Rowena herself. The journey there was quiet, the tension between Killian and me palpable. I could tell he was already regretting agreeing to this, but we didn’t have the luxury of letting emotions cloud our judgment. The rogue attacks were escalating. They were organized, purposeful, and more ruthless than ever. If Rowena had answers that could shed light on the Rogue King’s plans, we had no choice but to seek her out.Rowena had always been a thorn in our sides—a manipulative force who thrived on power plays. But she was also cunning, and if she knew anything about the Rogue King, she might just be the key to understanding what we were up against. As we approached her quarters, the scent of burning herbs filled the air. Rowena’s home was modest but had an aura of quiet power. It was an illusion, I knew—a way to remind every one of what she once was.K

  • Reclaiming My Broken Luna   Chapter 364: Taunts

Astrid’s POVThe sun dipped low on the horizon, casting a golden glow over the Pack’s central courtyard. The faint scent of pine lingered in the air as laughter echoed from the grassy clearing near the training grounds. For the first time in what felt like weeks, I wasn’t caught up in Pack meetings, rogue threats, or endless strategy sessions. I could finally spend some time with my children at last. I missed them so much. Ryker and Elara darted around the clearing, their playful giggles warming the heavy ache in my chest. Ryker, now eight, was tall and quick, his movements already showing hints of the warrior he’d one day become. Elara, only four, struggled to keep up but refused to give in, her fierce determination reminding me so much of myself.“Elara, you’re supposed to tag me!” Ryker teased, effortlessly dodging her tiny hands.“I will, Ryker!” she declared, her little face scrunched in determination as she lunged at him.I couldn’t help but smile. For a moment, the world

  • Reclaiming My Broken Luna   Chapter 363: Liora’s Memories

Nova’s POVThe attic was darker and colder than I’d expected. Dust floated in the dim light that streamed through a cracked window, and the air carried the faint scent of cedar and time. This part of the Shadowfang Pack house had been sealed off for years—ever since Liora’s death.Drystan had given me permission to look through her things, but stepping into the space felt like crossing into sacred ground. Her scent was long gone, replaced by the mustiness of disuse, but I could still feel her presence here. Liora had always seemed larger than life, unbreakable, but here she was just a collection of forgotten memories, packed away in old boxes.I moved cautiously, my fingers trailing over the stacks of wooden crates and trunks. A soft creak from the floorboards behind me made me turn.“You don’t have to do this,” Drystan said, his voice low. He stood in the doorway, his face shadowed but his concern clear. “I can look through it if you want. You don’t need to carry this.”I shook m
