Awakening

Two days later.

Katherine slowly opened her eyes just to shut them down immediately. She was surrounded by the bright light.

~ Are we dead? ~ She thought to herself.

~ I don't think so, but I wish we were. I am so weak. ~ Lucy replied quietly.

~ Did we die then? Were we reborn again? ~ Katherine was panicked.

~ Again, I don't think so.~ Her wolf said, a little annoyed.

Alpha opened her eyes slightly, waiting for her sight to get used to the bright light.

Slowly, some shapes became visible. The whole surrounding was white, making it painful to look around.

- I thought you were dead.- Katherine nearly jumped at the sound of the voice next to her, but she only groaned when her whole body protested this sudden movement.
