Chapter 55: Sudden Accident

"Leave one alive for interrogation," said Christine at the back of the group.

Knight Eric immediately shouted, "Listen, centaurs inside, surrender now and your lives will be spared!"

After three shouts, there was no response, so the Channel Winds mercenaries shouted three more times in Orcish, but there was still no response.

"Keep going and we'll see whose luck is better," said Knight Erik.

The cave would eventually end, and after walking more than a hundred meters, they had killed a total of 57 centaurs, leaving only the last three.

In the torchlight, at the end of the cave, two centaur warriors, obviously better dressed than the others, were guarding a small centaur woman.
