A complete silence reigns at Celestine’s question. It was deafening as we weigh Alpha’s next words. “Nothing looks lovely to a woman who imitates someone else.” His cold baritone voice fills the whole room, and it hits me hard. “I don’t know why am I a need here, Rosa. The city lights gave me unfamiliar yet satisfying visuals. Tall buildings surrounded me compared to the gigantic trees that I used to see. It was a week that had passed, and I miss my life in the pack already, though I’m not sure which pack I am thinking about. But obviously, it was the Black Stygian, with Celestine and Rosa's presence.
