CHAPTER 87

Alpha Everett gave me a blank stare before he shifted his gaze at the woman. As he made his way towards her, I dashed out of the spotlight to give them. There's no need for me to stay here anymore. I gave them one more glance before I left straight for the dark forest. I should head my way back to the Black Stygian Pack. I only had a few hours left for the two-day time limit that Priam gave me. I just hope he wasn't true to his words, and he didn't mean it that night. But what if he does?

The tall grass touched my skin as I frisk inside, the huge trees were towering over me, blocking the light from the moon to give me a vision. This is hard. I should've waited for the daylight, but on second thought, I didn't want to return. As the cold wind blew, I hugged myself as I shivered. I was still wearing the white dress, and it was sleeveless, so I didn't have anything to cover my skin from the freezing weather.
