“How did I know your name?” She cut me off continuing the question I had in mind.

“I just knew.”

She winks at me before shifting her gaze at the Alpha.

“The Alpha will bring you to your room Cassiopeia.” She added before throwing a firm glare at the man when the latter’s forehead creased in disapproval.

“You shouldn’t have acted that way, Alpha Killian. She’s the she-wolf in the prophecy…” Hera whispered yet still loud enough for me to hear. My face crumpled hearing that thing again and again.

“We will talk tomorrow Cassiopeia. You should rest.” Hera faced me once again before she bowed her head and leave. Even the Alpha’s men followed her and only Alpha Killian, and me were left.

It was an awkward silence for a minute before he decided to break it with a fake cough.

“This way.” He calmly leads the way but why do I feel like he’s embarrassed when I witnessed how Hera treated her?
