“Alpha Jamal.” The chief elder stood up from where they have been waiting at the lounge.

“You kept us waiting for a long time, Alpha.” He sneered and stepped closer to me.

I dropped the keys in my hand to one of the staff.

“And I must ask, what was so important that you couldn’t request a meeting with me at the pack house? Why were you running down to my house?” I stated calmly staring at each of their faces. Finn was standing at the top of the stairs and bowed when he saw me.
