Janet tucked them inside the bed and walked out of their room slowly closing it behind her.

All the time she was walking inside their house William was standing at the door.

But Janet didn’t walk out like always.

She was their mother, and she wanted to make up for the time she had lost with them even if William opposed that.

When Janet reached her room, she walked to the door and turned around.

“I think you can leave me alone now. I won’t hurt your children.” Janet said before closing the door.

“Janet, I didn’t mean that,” William said, knocking at the door, but Janet didn’t open it.

Because she knew he meant exactly that.

It’s been three years since she was back home.

She was always looking at her children but she couldn’t love them as a mother. William was constantly on her back looking after her in the name of taking care of them.

But now it was getting on her nerves.

She was their mother, she could never hurt them, or can she?

It was the time when Janet returned home.
