Jasper and Michelle are already at the station sitted down like some homeless child. One could see the nervousness in Jasper eyes but Michelle was even lamenting why haven't their uncle arrived yet...

Rolland was already in his car with Lucas outside the police station, he just wanted to waste time waiting for the company legal lawyer who was on the way...

After some hours the company legal representative appear looking smart, she was so young and beautiful, she now down to Rolland and greeted him well, while Rolland was staring at her and her beautiful face, after awhile he jerked back to reality and welcomes her...

They both walked into the police station as if they own it, a officer welcome them and took them to the discussion room. As soon as Rolland enters the room, he saw Jasper and Michelle seated down helplessly, he smiled to them wickedly and Jasper was at first scared but seeing how Michelle was carefree, he glared back at Rolland...

The senior officer told them to all seat and the discussion begins. The officer pass on a document to Rolland and his lawyer, they both collected it and read it for some minutes...

"Officer, all words of claims against my client is wrong!" The lawyer said confidently

" Well I want him to speak by himself lawyer!" The senior officer said

" I didn't not in any way do anything threatful to these kids and besides they are of no importance to me officer!" Rolland said stamping his hand on the table

"Hm who are these kids to you then?" Senior officer asked

" They're my brother bastard child!!" Rolland spout out

" What!!!" Jasper and Michelle said in shocked

" Yes, you are both bastards, that's why I can't treat you like a family anymore!!" Rolland said bluntly

" What do you mean bastards?" Senior officer asked

" This is family problem, their mother cheated on my brother because his sperm couldn't produce, so I can't allow a bastard to rule out family business and my brother told me before he became late that he wants me to take over!" Rolland said so sincerely and angry

" Are you crazy uncle?" Jasper said standing up in anger

" Uncle has gone mad! His lying officer" Michelle shouted

" What do you know!!" Rolland said

"But how come the kids doesn't know about this...And how did you know?" Senior officer asked

" His lying officer, stop lying" Jasper said in anger

" Shut up!" Officer reply jas

" We just decided to keep it a secret from them, well we've known all along that my brother can't produce so definitely they're bastard" Rolland shouted

" Officer! My client is undergoing a lot of stress being here and he has a lot of business to deal with, so I will appreciate it if you let us go now" the lawyer said so confidently after checking her watch

"I guess, personal issue were in connection to these and which we cannot fully discuss, so we're sorry for the inconveniences, you can take your leave mr Rolland!" The officer said in displeasing manner

"Thank you officer!" Rolland said rolling his eyes while he stood up and walk away with his lawyer....

"Please officer, I want you to close the case file of these kids, they aren't even sure of who they are..." Senior officer told the desk officer

" What! You can't do that... " Jasper said facing the officer

" Yes sir, would do just that!" The desk officer reply immediately

" Don't try to bring these matter up anymore okay" the senior officer said and walk away

" I didn't know that uncle is so good at everything" Michelle said crying

Jasper groan out loudly in pain, he shaked his head continuously hitting himself so hard while Michelle held his hand...

"Let's go home brother, we've lost" Michelle said sadly

" I just can't understand why everyone is blinded by him" Jasper silently said weakly

Jasper and Michelle later walked out of the station and was heading to a bus station before a car pull up beside them and they stare inside the car, Rolland put out his head from the car smiling mischievously at them...

"Hey kids! Are you disappointed?" Rolland said sadly

" We aren't!" Jasper said

"Are you wondering if you are a bastards truly, of course nope...look at how you took after my brother so much!!" Rolland said laughing and clapping

" You are so irritating" Michelle spout out 

" I told you guys not to take any foolish step! But you went ahead and did, you just watch out" Rolland said angrily

" You just wait and see!" Jasper said annoyingly as Rolland car zooms off

Jasper sat down at the bus station angrily and crying while remembering their parents a day before they had an accident, he cried so hard till his face become swollen, Michelle couldn't pet him because both of them were crying so hard and people around we're staring at them weirdly.

After awhile of sobbing, they both entered the next transit bus and sat down close to each other...

"So how was it? Do you think those kids could still stare up the matter ??" Rolland said to his beautiful lawyer beside him

"I don't think so, seems they do not have any concrete evidence that's why they invited you" the lawyer said

" Hmm so case closed! But just in case of anything, get me the information of the commissioner who heads that station" Rolland said smiling at her

" Sure sir" she replied

"Hm am thinking of something?" Rolland said

" What sir?" Lawyer asked

"Why don't you let us go celebrate this victory at my villa ??" Rolland said

" If that's what you want sir" the lawyer reply with a smile

" Yeah, good!" Rolland reply while staring at her without taking off his face

A call came in on Rolland phone which he picked up non challantly as if the call interrupted something important he was doing or about to do....

"What is it?" Rolland said over the phone

" The results are out?" The person reply at the end of the phone

"Forward the info to my villa and when am less busy, I will call you to discuss on it" Rolland said over the phone

" Okay sir. Bye" the man said and hung up the call

Jasper and Michelle came down from the bus and walking home, the penthouse was just close by across the streets, Michelle was weak and so is Jasper, but jas held Michelle so tight to himself and we're walking home...

After they walked for awhile they finally got to the penthouse but had to cross across, so after awhile of waiting for the crossing sign, they started walking and crossing the lines, they couldn't notice a car was coming towards them with speed...

It was too late before Jasper could sight the car, he could no longer run but instead he pushed Michelle with force away from the road and the car hit him and knock him over without waiting at all...Jasper rolled over the car and fell down hitting his head and arm to the floor...

Michelle couldn't understand why she was pushed or what happened, she turned back only to see her brother flying in the air and finally landed on the floor with blood gushing out of his blood... She couldn't believe her eyes and ran weakly towards her brother with tears dropping from her eyes...
