MISSON FAILED

Kayson's POV

I gazed at Ronan and Ryder, as we huddled around the makeshift map of the rogue pack. The moon cast eerie shadows on the ground, but I barely noticed. My mind was focused on one thing, getting April out alive teaching that fucker Winston a damn good lesson.

"We need to get April out of there," I said, my voice low and urgent. "Winston's pack is getting more aggressive by the day. If we don't act soon, we risk losing her forever."

Ronan nodded, his jaw clenched in agreement. "I've been scouting their den for days, looking for any weakness in their defenses. And I think I've found it."

I felt a surge of hope, but I pushed it down. We couldn't afford to get ahead of ourselves. Not yet.

Ryder's eyes narrowed, his interest piqued. "What is it?"

Ronan pulled out a rough map of the den, spread it out on the ground, and pointed to a small X marked on the east side. "There's a small entrance hidden behind a waterfall. It's narrow, but I think we can make it work. If we can get in
