I was thoroughly enjoying myself at Elias celebration, surrounded by laughter, music, and lively conversations.

The women and elders welcomed me with open arms, showering me with compliments that left me blushing.

Despite Elias being the host, I tried to avoid him as much as possible, as his presence made me very uncomfortable and he seemed to be acting up intentionally trying to hit on me. I knew Enid noticed all these and I tried my best to ignore any fight between them.

However, I didn't let it dampen my spirits. As I scanned the crowd, I noticed Marcella giving me spiteful glances, her hatred for me palpable. Her clique also threw venomous looks my way, but I chose to ignore them and focus on the event. Gone are those days when I used to tremble at the sight of her.

These days, I was ready to give her back any energy she serves me.

For the first time, I felt a sense of belonging, and it was a wonderful feeling. As I looked around, I saw Molly walking hand
