However, the masked man was stubborn. He didn't leave and continued to persuade me to meet his master, the Alpha Lackan that he was talking about, who was interested in meeting me.

I sighed. “No matter how much you try to persuade me, my answer is still a no. I will stay here.”

“You're quite a stubborn one.”

“You are the stubborn one,” I retorted.

It wasn't until the masked man gave up. “Alpha Lackan would be here anyway just to meet you.”

“You already know that your Alpha Lackan would infiltrate Kaleid's territory just to meet me? Why bother trying to convince me to go with you?” I asked with brows raised.

The masked man's expression had suddenly changed as he became more polite.

“Alpha, you're here.” He politely whispered while his head was lowered, not daring to give Alpha a look.

I raised my head and glanced in the direction that the masked man was bowing. I saw a man who was half similar to Kaleid, especially its eyebrows, nose and its eyes.

He looked more matured
