Kaiden’s reason for not letting Odessa go to the hospital was because he was scared. No matter how much security he would put in place, those people would still get to her.

“Alpha, please. We’re running out of time.” Ray pleaded.

“Go and do the blood test. Come back for her once you've confirmed that their blood is compatible.” And with that, Kaiden turned around. He would need to put so many things in place before he would let Odessa go to the hospital.
