"Wait a minute… Harawaltz…?" Diana asked not knowing about Harawaltz.
"Harawaltz is a vampire committee or vampire law enforcement. They are like a representative council in the human world. They work on formulating rules, implementing them, and overseeing how they are implemented. They—Harawaltz consisted of two representatives from each existing clan.
