"I feel terrible, Ted," Amy whined.

Thaddeus knew a little about the pain of childbirth. When Heather had Sasha, he was seven years old and understood a lot of things.

He knew that Heather's morning sickness had been severe. At one point, she vomited so much and became so dehydrated that she had to be taken to the hospital.

Most people only had morning sickness for a few months, but Heather had vomited for the entire duration of her pregnancy until she gave birth to Sasha.

As a result, the whole family pampered Sasha, the daughter Heather had spent blood, sweat, and tears giving birth to. Their coddling ended up making her arrogant and conceited.

Thaddeus returned to his senses and put the lunch box on the table. "Come and eat something, Amy. If you keep vomiting without nourishing yourself, you'll fall apart."

Amy frowned and said miserably, "I really can't eat anything! I'll throw up after eating it. It's better if I don't eat. I won't feel that bad."

Thaddeus felt helpless.
