Chapter 131. The search.

Danielle's POV

Bryan and I left and went back to the city. We started our search from the place we left them. There was no one there and the place had been investigated by the police. They had wrapped the place with red tape and marked the ground as a place no one should step on.

There were no dead bodies, nothing. Our car on the other hand was still there. The key was on the ground somewhere close. Bryan took the key and started the car. We drove back home and had our bath first. He suggested that the kids would be with Clara, Jack or Gabriel.

I was a bit calm and decided to take a shower too. When I was done, I wore Bryan's new shirt and pants and went into his car.

“What are you doing, Danielle?” He said and laughed. Honestly, I was looking so ludicrous in his dress. The shirt was too big and the pants were too long. I didn't mind, I just wanted to see my kids.

I laughed and sat in the driver's seat. He stood by the door and bent down to look at me. “There's no way I'll allow someo
