To say I was stunned would be an understatement. My whole life had been nothing but a lie. An utter and complete lie. I have been living with so much bitterness all these years. Bitterness directed at the wrong people and I was just finding out. Was I even going to discover the truth if I had managed to escape him a while ago?

So all this while, I have been carrying hate directed at the wrong set of people. Everything made sense now. The sudden attack, the speech he made sure to convey be fire the attack, painting his actions as an instruction from the triplet, the numerous amount of rouges among the attackers.

Nothing made sense back then. I was confused but I still held on to the information he shared about the instructions been given to him by the triplet to eliminate our pack.
