(Back in the mansion)

John just came back from work as he reached the entrance of the mansion he was stopped by Aliana and Diana. They both kept mute gazing at John trying to cause a scene.

“What’s the matter?” he asked

"Mirabel left," Aliana said, her voice dripping with deceit and pretense.

John's expression changed from calm to confused. "What do you mean she left? Where would she go?" he asked, his brow furrowed in concern.

Diana jumped in, her voice eager to fuel the fire. "She packed her bags and left, John. It was a young man who came to pick her up. She also carried Nina with her."

Aliana and Diana exchanged a knowing glance, both aware they were spinning a web of lies. But they didn't care; their goal was to drive a wedge between John and Mirabel.
