Chapter 39 Be a Good Girl.

Staying seated in one position next to the person who invited me and is yet staying awkwardly quiet is killing me.

Dexter has his eyes on the road, and I'm sitting right next to this man who's pretending I don't exist after shoving me in.

The car goes silent once again and I can hear the sound of the car smoothly zooming down the free road.

"Your question is a bit complex to understand, do you mind rephrasing that?" He asks after a moment of silence.
