Chapter 33 A Found Rat.

"You're crazy," he yells into my face, pushing my hands away from blocking both sides of his chair.

Haiz!

He has no idea just how much thought and brain work I put into this to come up with a good idea.

"Just trust me, it'll work," I say, adding pressure to my words, but he shuts me up with his left hand and I have no other option than to keep quiet.

Dexter maintains some silence, and I wait by a corner giving him some time to think.

A minute p*ss…

Two minutes goes by…

Before I could realise it, it's been ten minutes and he's still not said anything other than stare into a blank space and caressing his temple.

"Ugh!" Dexter groans, his hand finally reaching for his phone.

"Have those in the project planning community come to the meeting room within the next five minutes," he orders before hanging up.

I'm beyond delighted to see that he could trust me this much. I'm so happy that I could hug him but Dexter keeps glaring at me.
