Chapter 63

Royal's POV

Although I fell unconscious, I stirred up again, my breath shallow, and my body weak. It felt like my spirit came out of my body and was watching the doctors cater to me.

The room filled with urgency as doctors and nurses rushed in, their faces a blur of white coats and concerned expressions. Alpha Rico, the stranger who had saved me before, was standing by my bedside, his intense gaze fixed on me.

"Save her! Do something! She must not die!" he roared but I didn't hear him clearly as I was in a daze.

One of the doctors swiftly approached, his voice calm but authoritative. "We need to get her back on the bed immediately. She's struggling to breathe," he said, his tone laced with urgency. With a gentle touch, he helped me back onto the bed, his gloved hands steady and reassuring.
