Chapter Sixty-One.

Leonardo spun around in his wheeled chair before he settled his gaze where she laid. A smile crept to the corner of his lips as he reminisced the last night.

It was magical, and maybe that was even an understatement.

Isabella laid so peacefully across the bed, her head slumped into the pillow and her arms clasping the wide duvet across her slender frame. Her eyes were closed and her hair was a mess and somehow she was still so beautiful.

In his hands was the ring he’d kept all this time and Leonardo questioned himself whether or not it was the right time to bring up the fact that he knew. That it was the right time to finally put the lies behind them now that they both knew they loved each other.

Rarely did he ever feel this way but it was just how Isabella was.
