CIARA'S POV
As soon as we were out of the pack house, shadowing beta Royce, we discovered that we had lost him and he was no where to be found.
That was just too quick. We looked all around the wood which was the route he took, splitting ourselves into groups but we couldn't find him anywhere. How was that just possible? He was walking and we were trailing after him. All of a sudden, he looked back and we had to hide immediately. I was so sure he didn't see us because his movement was very slow and ours were swift. Could he have noticed that some one was behind him?
Definitely not possible. He wouldn't have noticed us. The alphas had informed me not to let him know that he was being trailed. I just hoped that our plan hadn't foiled.

Ciara's POV Sweat beads were already forming on my forehead as I heard the sound made by our guards continuously. How are we supposed to escape now?
