Chapter 214 Pursuit and Interception

By the time Lambert snapped out of his thoughts, his car was already parked at the entrance of the complex.

He got out and walked to that familiar spot, looking up at the second-floor window.

He knew that was where Lydia lived, but now, he no longer had a place in that home.

Lambert stood there for a long time, smoking cigarette after cigarette.

Finally, he stubbed out the last one and strode purposefully towards the apartment building.
