Chapter 191 Don't Make Things Difficult for Me

Wythe chimed in, "Don't worry, Dad. I'll take good care of Mom!"

"This..."

"That's a good idea," Horace said. "Lambert, you don't need to worry about Lydia. I'll help take care of her. You go check on the situation and come back as soon as you can."

"Alright, I understand."

Lambert didn't hesitate any further. He leaned down and kissed Lydia on the forehead. "Thank you, Lydia."

Lydia blushed, feeling shy as they were still at the airport. "You should go. We'll be waiting for you in the U.S.!"

The announcement for boarding came again. This time, Lydia didn't hesitate. She took Wythe's hand and said softly, "Sweetheart."

Wythe responded in a tender voice, "Mom, I'll take good care of you." He glanced back at Lambert before leading Lydia towards the terminal. Horace waved at Lambert, signaling that he would take good care of Lydia.

Lambert didn't linger. He was more worried about what had happened to his father.
