Belle immediately asked, "The diffuser was sent together with the sachet? Why didn't I see you using it before?"

"There wasn't a need to before."

"There's a need now, though?"

"Yes."

"Why?"

Grayson didn't answer her. Instead, he placed the reed diffuser back onto the bedside table.

Looking at the clock on the wall, Grayson furrowed his eyebrows. "It's already 6:00 pm?"

Belle nodded. "What do you think? Meredith said you've been sleeping for the entire day and that she couldn't even wake you up. What kind of sedative is this? It wouldn't happen to be poison, would it?"

Grayson glared at her and sat up. He wanted to go to the bathroom but could barely stand on his two feet. His heart was palpitating, and he felt dizzy.

Belle quickly held him up when she saw that. "I think you're sick. You should call the miracle doctor and ask. There's no way a healthy person would wake up in this state," she said.

Belle was well aware of his current condition. She just wanted to urge Grayson
